All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your scheduled billing date (the 15th before your membership expiration date).

The following must be provided to process a cancellation:

Your full name

PHONE NUMBER

Email

Reason for cancellation

Your cancellation request will NOT be processed if any of the above items are not included in the message.
