Membership Information and Policies 

 

Eyebrow Plus makes it possible for anyone to maintain their beauty at a low cost by offering exclusive membership services. All of our memberships can be used at any Eyebrow Plus or Amiri Salon location, so no matter where you are, you can make sure your eyebrows remain pristine, in shape and healthy. 

 

Platinum Membership

 

Save money by signing up for a Platinum Membership with Eyebrow Plus!  Platinum memberships will automatically renew and the credit card provided will be charged on the 20th of the month prior to your membership expiration date. We offer 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1-year memberships at a discounted rate! 

 

 

Benefits of a Platinum/ Silver auto

( Recurring) Membership

 

  • Memberships can be used at any of our 20+ Eyebrow Plus or Amiri Salon location

  • Can be used unlimited amount of time within the allotted membership dates

  • Discounted pricing

  • Membership dues will not change if our prices increase

  • Occasional discounts on hair or nail services at Amiri Salon

Terms of Platinum & Silver Auto ( Recurring)  Membership:

 

  • This membership has no expiration date and will continue to renew until written notification of termination has been received

  • The credit card provided will be charged on the day of  your membership expiration date. ( All membership prior to May 2019 will be charged on the 20th of the month prior to membership expiration date)

  • There will be a $5 service fee per month for any payment not completed 10 days after the due date

  • This membership can be used at any of our locations without additional fees

  • Eyebrow Plus is entitled to increase the membership price depending on the usage of services

  • A valid photo ID must be presented each visit | or member photo will be taken to verify the identity

  • Any promotional price given will only apply to the payment made on the day of purchase.

  • All Employees are professionally trained with the exact same training, and for that reason you can get your service from any employee and expect the same quality.

 

Platinum Membership Cancellation

 

  • Memberships will continue to renew until written notification of termination has been received.

  • If for any reason you would like to cancel your membership, you must cancel at least 5 days before your next scheduled renewal date in writing.

  • You can either fill out a form at one of our locations, visit our website www.eyebrowplus.com, or send an email to cancel@eyebrowplus.com including your full name, phone number, and the reason you would like to cancel, or click the button below and provide the requested information.

 

 

Diamond Membership

 

Diamond memberships are perfect for customers that do not want to commit to a long term membership. We offer 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1-year memberships at a lower rate! 

 

Diamond Members will be subject to a price increase if the membership is not renewed prior to the expiration date.

Silver Membership

Now introducing our Silver Membership! This membership is perfect for our customers that are able to visit Monday through Wednesday. Those with the Silver Membership will receive 20% off the original Platinum or Diamond price. The only catch is this membership is only able for use on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday! 

 

Benefits of a Silver Membership

 

  • Memberships can be used at any of our 20+ Eyebrow Plus or Amiri Salon location for an unlimited amount of time within the allotted membership dates

  • Most discounted pricing than any membership
