 Now more than ever, we can all appreciate just how small the world truly is, and the importance of coming together to protect our global community in times of great need.


Our customer service team is available via chat & email and will be trying our best to resolve any urgent queries as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for any delay in advance. 

All of our physical stores & salons are closed until further notice. We will make sure to keep you updated any changes in our business operations through our website, social media & emails.

As the COVID-19 situation changes, our plans may too. In the meantime, staying connected to others is more important than ever, even when we can't be together in person, so we'll continue reaching out through our digital channels.

FAQ:

1. I am a platinum or auto member or Silver member. How can I extend my membership?

Yes, you can definitely request membership extension by emailing us or sending us message via our website. Please make sure to request membership extension for every COVID-19 notice of further lockdown. 


2. I am recently billed for my auto-renewal membership. What do I do?

Your auto billing will be processed on your regular billing date. If you would like to cancel or request an extension, please make sure to mention that in your email, we will be happy to extend your next billing date.



3. Can I request refund for the charges?

If cancellation request for that specific charge was sent five(5) days prior to your billing date, we will definitely be refunding the membership fee. We are sorry for the  inconvenience.

If cancellation request was not sent prior to the charge date, we will provide an extension (Due to COVID-19) to your current membership and cancel all future charges as per your request.

4. When are Eyebrow Plus & Amiri Salon locations opening for business?

Currently, our salons' expected opening date is May 1st, 2020. However, if the lockdown is extended by the Federal and State government, we will update our clients' accordingly via various digital channels.

5. I have bought a DiamondOR punch card membership. Can I request an extension?

For Diamond members: Yes, Your membership will be extended upon request. Just email us with your details at support@eyebrowplus.com

For Punch card members: Great thing that you do not need to worry about extension & your membership expiration date. Punch cards do not expire and can be used at anytime.
