    • All sales are FINAL. Paid in full memberships cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred based on use or non-use of the services.

  • Auto membership policy

    1. This membership has no expiration date and will continue to renew until written notification of termination has been received

    2. The credit card provided will be charged on the 20th of the month prior to the current membership expiration date

    3. There will be a $5 service fee for any payment not completed 10 days after the due date

    4. This membership can be used at any of our locations without additional fees

    5. A valid photo ID must be presented each visit

    6. Any promotional price given will only apply to the payment made on the day of purchase.

    7. All Employees are professionally trained with the exact same training, and for that reason, you can get your service from any employee and expect the same quality.

Note: Membership purchased online are only valid after 24 hours of purchase.
